Is your YFC ready for an adventure? Here’s your chance to win an exciting day of paintball, high ropes, and rafting/Laser Clays at Oaker Wood Leisure in Herefordshire for up to 20 club members!
Not only will you enjoy an action-filled day, but if you’re up for more fun, you can extend your stay at their glamping village for just £20 per night – a special discounted rate for the winners! Your prize also includes a delicious hotdog lunch (or veggie alternative) to fuel your activities.

The prize is for an activity day for up to 20 members of a YFC affiliated to NFYFC and is subject to availability. A date will be arranged to suit both parties.
The prize includes a lunch of hot dogs/veggie alternative.
Children must complete waivers and responsible adults present for activities and glamping.
Anyone under the age of 16 must bring with them a signed Oaker Wood Leisure Parental/Guardian Consent form; failure to do so will result in that person being excluded from activities.
In the event of extreme weather on the day of your activity: High Winds /Extreme Cold/Snow/Heavy Rain, we may at times have to make amendments to your activity itinerary in line with our Health & Safety Policy.
If we have to cancel one of your activities due to weather, Oaker Wood will offer you an alternative activity, a refund (refund applies for glamping only) or the chance to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
Your personal safety is of paramount importance to us and therefore it is imperative that you advise us at the time of booking of any condition, medical or behavioural, that might affect your enjoyment. This should include, but not be limited to, any special dietary requirements (including for example, allergies) and any reduced mobility affecting you or members of your group.
A one-night glamping stay over is available at an additional £20 per person, per night, subject to availability.
Glamping bookings:
Activities at Oaker Wood are subject to minimum ages as specified below:
Paintball (200 balls) (Minimum age: 8 years, if any children are below 11 years, the activity will be Junior Paintball. If all participants are over 11 years, Senior Paintball will be available).
High Ropes Adrenaline (Zip Wire and Quick Jump) (Minimum age seven years old).
Rafting or Laser Clays (depending on time of year, rafting is only available May to Oct) (minimum age for rafting, seven years old depending on swimming ability, Laser Clays minimum age 13 years, due to the weight of the guns).
Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability.
The Promoter reserves the right, in their reasonable discretion, to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
NFYFC and associated partners accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prizes not specifically included in the Prize.
