But modern Egypt also has a great deal to offer the visitor and it continues to enjoy huge tourist numbers due to the sun, sea and adventure activities on offer.

• The tour includes the tombs of the Nobles that offer amazing scenes of agriculture in the pharaonic times.
• Farm visit which has been in the family since the 1880s and since the 1970s it has been a leader for experimental crops. Among their successes, was the introduction of Endive, a crop that grows in the northern part of Europe at very low temperatures! The farm grows vegetables, berries and edible flowers. It is classed as a small at 10 hectares and enjoys the fertile Nile mud area.
• Visit the largest museum in the world dedicated to ancient Egypt encompassing a campus area of 117 acres. Known as the new Grand Egyptian Museum, GEM it offers the visitor access to artifacts and mixed reality experiences transporting visitors back to the time of the Pharos.
• Climb aboard your 4x4 wheel cars and drive straight into the desert and Valley of Whales. Visit the small museum, walk around the skeletons and then do some dune bashing with your drivers.
• This morning try your luck on some art with a course in ceramic pottery. Have lunch at the Fayoumi at the restaurant school
• Visit the Gayer Anderson Museum know as John to his friends, he was an Irish surgeon, soldier, colonial administrator and collector, perhaps best known for his connection with Egypt and Egyptian antiquities. The Gayer-Anderson Museum in Cairo, and the Gayer-Anderson cat, an
• Ancient Egyptian bronze figurine of the goddess Bastet in the form of a cat, that is now in the collections of the British Museum, are both named after him. The James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me was partially shot in the museum, in the ceremonial reception hall and the rooftop terrace. While walking through this famous bazaar you can experience the daily life and the character of the place with its traditional shops and cafés. Have lunch overlooking the 1000 minarets of Cairo, in the AL Azhar parkBreakfast.
• On your last day enjoy a grand finale with a visit to the most famous sight in Egypt, the Giza Pyramids at the Giza Plateau, dating back to 2500 B.C. One of the seven classic Wonders of the World, they are the oldest and the only remaining. The visit will take you to the highest point of the plateau to have a panoramic view of the area, to one of the two smaller of the three pyramids where those who wish can go inside and you will pass by the mysterious Sphinx. Enjoy a tour on camels with fabulous views. Have your lunch with a view of the 9 Pyramids.
