Join County Staff and County Leaders/Officers for another unmissable CPD weekend - packed with workshops, teamwork, and plenty of opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow as one team.

As always, all three days will be open to both County Staff and County Leaders (Officers), so you can choose which days suit your work and home commitments.

• Leadership, management and mentoring - building relationships and a five-year plan for your county
• County Programming (Competitions) - fresh, efficient and successful ideas for new and experienced staff
• Fundraising, financial literacy, planning and budgeting
• Best practice sharing and real-life case studies
• Using tech, The new membership app and AI tools to work smarter
• Event management in action - reputation, safeguarding, media handling and health and safety
