Ready to lead - while having some fun?
Join County Staff and County Leaders/Officers for another unmissable CPD weekend - packed with workshops, teamwork, and plenty of opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow as one team.
As always, all three days will be open to both County Staff and County Leaders (Officers), so you can choose which days suit your work and home commitments.
Outline Programme
Friday
From 10:30
- Welcome & networking
- Working together: support and resistance
- County programming: Competitions and fundraising, in two rotating groups
- Best practice ideas sharing
- Self-care/wellbeing session (TBC)
- Evening activities
Saturday
From 9:30
- Foundations of Leadership (am)
- Event management: Live event scenario: safeguarding, emergency event management & media control
- AI: top tips, ethics & engagement
- Evening with National Officers
Sunday (morning)
From 9:30
- Working together: respect, relationships & time management
- Finance: planning & budgeting
- Closing reflections & pledges
- Lunch

- 1 Day - £40 (£48 inc. VAT)
- 2 days, 1 night - £150 (£180 inc. VAT)
- 2 days, 2 nights - £222 (£266.40 inc. VAT)
- 3 days, 2 nights - £261 (£313.20 inc. VAT)
- 3 days, 3 nights - £333 (£399.60 inc. VAT)
County offices will be invoiced for the cost of their delegates' tickets.
