Developed by NFYFC in partnership with the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT), the online Fit for Future Business Guide was created for young farmers to help with their career and business planning during an uncertain period of agricultural transition.

NFYFC’s climate change guide inspires young farmers to help the industry reach its ambition of net zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Young people came together to understand how farming can play a part in tackling the climate emergency. The How Farming Can Cool the Planet project, which is funded by Farming the Future, is a collaboration between The National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (NFYFC), SOS-UK and FLAME (the youth branch of the Landworkers Alliance) and involves young people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

The Sustainable Futures Report 2023 shares insights on how new entrants and next generation farmers can overcome key barriers to working in the industry and the sustainable developments they will need to make.

In this podcast, Ed Worts Product Specialist at Kuhn and Russell Carrington (former) Manager of Knepp Regenerative Farms discuss the benefits, controversies and continued communication needed around regenerative agriculture.

Working with SAI Global Assurance, NFYFC helped to produce a podcast-style recording to help spread the positive message of farm assurance for future farming. The project aims to build awareness around the importance of farm assurance in building a resilient future for the industry and environment.
