Faith, 15, from Ashbourne YFC in Derbyshire took part in an inline AgDiversity awareness course, funded by the Young Gamechangers Fund.
The training, which included a member from each club in Derbyshire, was designed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the agricultural and other land-based industries. Following the training, Faith was keen to adapt the learning for a YFC setting.
With support from NFYFC, Faith has now developed a set of leaflets, designed to provide clear guidance for club officers on how to support members with a specific neurodivergence and she has created a presentation for county roadshows and clubs.
