The YFC Achiever Awards are the biggest celebration of rural young people in England and Wales. They recognise and reward the dedication and commitment shown by young people who are supporting the British countryside.
This year we’re excited to announce the evening includes live music from Sam Sax who brings her unique fusion of saxophone and house beats to the celebrations.
The event will be compered by NFYFC President John Lee OBE DL, and welcomes YFC members, club supporters, county federations, and friends of NFYFC.

Ticket sales are now open for the celebrations on 8 November 2025 at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham.

The National Conference Centre is a cashless venue so all payments will need to be made by card only.
There will be a cloakroom on the evening, and this is free of charge.
The car park at the National Conference Centre is free and you can park there overnight. Please be aware parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk.
Please note NFYFC will be scanning tickets and checking ID on arrival. All under 18s attending must have a completed parental consent form. The consent form is available here.
The NCC does not have accommodation but there are plenty of options in close proximity to the venue, around the NEC.
After the ceremony, we hope you will stay to enjoy music from saxophonist and DJ Sam Sax which will be on until 12.45am. Carriages are at 1am and you can arrange taxis through the reception at the NCC.
There will be a photographer and videographer working for NFYFC throughout the evening and NFYFC will share the images widely after the event. Please make it clear to organisers if you do not wish to have photographs or film published that features you.
There may also be podcasters present who are recording and filming. Please make it clear to them if you do not wish to be featured in their footage.
For finalists, there will be opportunities to have official photos taken. Winners will have photos taken on the stage with judges and sponsors (where relevant) when collecting their award, and there will be further opportunity for photos after the official ceremony.
From 6pm – Red carpet arrival with photo opportunities.
6pm – Chair's reception, a free drink on arrival and time to catch up with friends and family from across England and Wales.
7pm – Chair's welcome and invitation through to be seated for dinner.
7.30pm – Enjoy a three course meal, using British seasonal produce.
9.15pm – Our awards ceremony commences, hosted by NFYFC President John Lee OBE DL.
10.30pm – entertainment from Sam Sax.
