Anecdotal evidence suggests one in four farming families in the UK are not speaking to a member of their family because they have fallen out over succession issues.
Working with NFYFC, succession expert Sian Bushell shared her advice on how to manage the succession process to help young people have the confidence to start the conversation.

There is also a Succession Workshop available – a series of short video clips – where Sian talks through the issues of succession and how to tackle them.

This session will help your club discuss succession and guide members on how to be ready and resilient.
