The 92nd NFYFC Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 on Sunday 21 April 2024 at The Assembly Rooms, Royal Pump Room Gardens, Dormer Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5AA. There is step-free access available at the venue.
On-street parking near the venue is limited to two hours, but there are a number of long-stay multi-storey car parks in the vicinity.
The venue is a short walk from Leamington Spa train station.
Birmingham International Airport is a short 30 minute train ride from Leamington Spa.
Any YFC member can attend the meeting, and it is being held on the same day as the Performing Arts Drama final (the two venues are less than 5 minutes walk from each other).

Voting for the AGM will be conducted via an online system. Here's what you need to know:
Each YFC club is entitled to two votes—one for the Club Chair and one for the Club Secretary. It's important for clubs to engage in discussions regarding the motions prior to the AGM. This ensures that the officers can effectively represent their club's views during the voting process.
