A squad of twelve players, all of whom must be aged between 17 to 28 years on 1 September 2023. For clarification on ages, a member must be 17 on 1 September 2023 or 28 on 1 September 2023. Those nominated must be full members of a Club affiliated to NFYFC, from whom six players (three male/three female) shall be chosen to form the team for each game. This competition will give the members the opportunity to use their Volleyball skills, teamwork, adhering to rules, exercise, fun, winning/losing, personal development skills and improving own performance.
